My 1993 Acura had been in desperate need for an oil change, and I have been totally dragging my feet, despite knowing better. On the evening of my appointment, Jason called me around 6:45PM, telling me that he was in the Blossom Hill area and would be a bit tardy getting to me. Sure enough, he arrived at my designated location promptly after that, and started with my vehicle. Jason was incredibly thorough, examined everything, communicated to me everything he found, and took care of the scheduled oil and filter change like a pro. Turns out that I'm gonna be in the market for a new water pump: Guess who I'm gonna book to fix it once I save up the amount? =)

Eric was very informative, helpful, and a gentleman- I asked him if he could show me how to change the oil in the case in the future I wanted to attempt in my own. And he happily obliged, explaining each step in detail. I also had a problem with my alarm system (a few weeks back my car had been broken into, and I was paranoid that the jerks had disabled my car's alarm), and he spent extra time with another mechanic over the phone to try and figure out the root of the error. I also asked him a lot of questions, like when I should change my oil, rotate my tires, etc. all of which he gave concise answers to. On top of all that, part of the service included a routine inspection of the vehicle and now I now which parts I should probably upkeep soon. So I'm really glad I chose MyMechanic, didn't even have to leave the house too. Thanks Eric!
