Pardeep showed up at the time scheduled. He called prior to arriving and informed me of his arrival. He trouble shot he check eengine light. Step by step he informed me of what he was.checking, and answered was all my questions. He wasted no time and got the vehicle to run long enough to determine next steps we will need to take. He never tried to bs me, or false promises (Like the dealership). He explained what he could do and what he could not, in regards to repairs ifneeded. i had a good 1st tike experience with "Your Mechanic" . Although the previous mechanic (Brock) they had assigned canceled the appoinent I scheduled; saying that they could not perform what clealy, Pardeep was able to do. Thank you Pardeep!

Whitney arrived at my home even earlier than expected, which was great bc he got a jump-start on replacing the brake booster in my van. The quoted time of labor was exact, and I feel I received excellent service at an excellent rate. Local repair shops wanted 3-4x the cost for parts and labor. Granted I did supply my own parts. Regardless, I would never hesitate to use YourMechanic.com in the future. Whitney assisted even further by topping off my trans, power steering, oil, and coolant fluids. He also inflated all tires to recommended psi, checked brakes, shocks, etc... Awesome!!

Abraham was 10 minutes early (that's great), diagnosed the problem quickly as a dead battery, and tested the charging system as good go. He proceeded to complete the systems check and recommended a top-off of the cooling fluid. We discussed the options and I was able to get the battery replaced by a local (1200ft. away from my parking lot) Skip's Tire And Auto Repair, in 1 hour. I was very happy and will keep your contact info. for the next time I need help with my car.
