I bought my Avalon on last February 10th. The car is in so clean and mint condition by considering its age. However, I've noticed that the previous owner did not change timing belt and water pump for over 7 years. So at first, I made some quotes with different shops around my town. And obviously, they were asking too much of money on parts and labor to service timing belt and water pump.
All of a sudden, I realized that I've serviced my previous car with YourMechanic before. Then, I made a quote, and I decided to make appointment today morning.
In my opinion, Joshua is the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable mechanics I've experienced. He was on time, completed the service way faster than I expected! Since he serviced my vehicle today, I would definitely make another appointment when the service is needed.

Tien showed up an hour earlier. He was professional and knowledgeable as a mechanic. He explained to me in detail what will be done for the 75,000 mile maintenance service for my LEXUS GX-460. He also took photos of problem areas and recommended additional stuff to take note of for the next service. I'm happy with the service provided by Tien.
Jason did a great job in finding out what was wrong with my car and communicating it to myself and my previous mechanic. I will not be using my previous mechanic for any more services and I'm looking forward to Jason repairing my car on Friday September 10,2015.
Even though he could not pick the problem through the diagnostic scanning tool, he was very helpful to me about explaining what could be the problem, and that was help to me to go by. so I am thankful.
Robert is great. he not only came out to fix my car, but did it really quick and explained everything that was going on to me. i almost felt like i was bothering the poor guy as he was repairing my car, but he assured me it was no bother and was more than happy to inform me of the repairs he was doing. I asked him about other possible problems with my car as well, and again he was more then happy to assist me. i had concerns about future repairs and in what order, and time frames i was looking at before i needed such repairs done. Robert helped in me trying to figure out for myself what repairs were urgent and what could possible be put off for awhile due to my low income needs. i totally felt that he wasn't there to sell me services or fixes i didn't need, but more of a helpful adviser that knows what he's doing, and that cares. unlike some shops i've been to that'll try to sell you on extras and things just to generate income for the shop. now thanks to Robert my car has had repairs done right and i feel safer driving it. i also have a game plan of sorts as to what i need to do to fix other issues as well as what needs be addressed sooner rather then later as i save up some monies to repair my car. Carols was helpful, honest and pleasure to work with. He gave me a hint of what to do with my car from this point because it does need some work. I was happy because he gave me a couple pointers on how to get my car fixed with paying a lot for it.
