Tien to the rescue! It should serve as a special mark of distinction that Tien had the tough task to make up for a long string of problems with the app platform and infrastructure, previous service visit by someone else, as well as a misbehaving replacement part. Tall order! He sorted everything out, cost factor came under control, and the car finally works again! Tien did a lot more than simply repair a car well - he diagnosed more precisely, saving cost, and restored my faith. I thought I might have to continue to run interference, based on snags with the backend before, but he had everything covered right away, nothing to worry about. All got resolves perfectly.
