Joel was excellent and professional. Arrived early for the appointment, explained in detail what was wrong with my car, had all tools that he needed to do the job. He was courteous, and knowledgeable as well. I felt comfortable with him taking care of my car. I even had to call him after he left shortly thereafter due to a slight problem with a error code in the computer in my HHR, I texted Joel, and he said without missing a beat, "II'll be right there!", he came back within five minutes, read the codes, and fixed the problem within ten minutes flat!! Pretty awesome customer service. I would absolutely trust him again to work on my car. Thanks so much!!!
