Despite being fully charged for work that wasn't able to be done due to Wes not having a certain tool to replace my serpentine belt and tensioner pulley, all that was done was my spark plugs were changed. I wasn't thrilled about being charged for the entire bill, despite the incomplete work, however, their customer service department did refund me the money for the parts that weren't installed, and the cost of labor. Took about two days to get the credit back. This was my first time using Your Mechanic, overall I was kind of bummed that my mechanic didn't have all the necessary tools to do the job, but otherwise It was an OK experience.
