Scott showed up at the precise moment of my appointment (beginning of 1-hour window). He adjusted my rear brakes, which I did not know was even needed--no extra charge. Unfortunately, he found my reported problem to be caused by something that has to be ordered and will probably be way out of my price range--not his fault; it is what it is, right? Shaun was amazing! He was on time, very friendly, and got everything done in a reasonable time. Not only did he fix the problem, he also made recommendations for other problems on the car. Will was very professional. He kept us informed of the status of our service. The front brake pads& rotors were replaced with no problems. However, Will discovered he was provided with the wrong brake pads for the rear. He thoroughly explained the problem to us. He put the car back in drivable condition and returned 3 days later with the correct brake pads. The car is now good for another 60K miles! Will was knowledgeable, neat & efficient.
