Will was very professional. He kept us informed of the status of our service. The front brake pads& rotors were replaced with no problems. However, Will discovered he was provided with the wrong brake pads for the rear. He thoroughly explained the problem to us. He put the car back in drivable condition and returned 3 days later with the correct brake pads. The car is now good for another 60K miles! Will was knowledgeable, neat & efficient.
