Greg is a superstar! Very honest, removes charges for things he doesn't perform. Works to find great parts. Excellent troubleshooter and team player. You can tell Greg cares about his trade and he's great at it!

Killing it!

Hard worker. Knew what he was doing. Very friendly. Reason for only 4 stars was he arrived 30 mins early. This did work out as my repair took longer than expected. But in general, showing up this early to a customer's house for an appt is annoying and rushes the client out their door prematurely. Either this company needs to say their mechanics might show up early as 30 mins, same as 30 mins late. Or next time park on the street and surf the web for a bit to kill time.
