This guy was outstanding, he actually showed up because I made a claim from the prior mechanic, he listened to my concerns, the prior experience and what I saw the day the problem of my car started,he took his time to go detail by detail,is an audi and tbh I was surprised where the manufacturer has some parts hidden in places I would've never thought, give me a better inspection on the real problem for me to part from there and fix the car, I would definitely reccomend him any time.

Richard was a great help. Not only did he figure out the issue for my car, he also explained why my car was acting the way it is. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to replace the part that was causing the issue (it wasn’t on his work order) but he was still very informative, insightful, and overall a huge help in helping me to understand what was going on and how everything was working. Super nice and polite! I was hesitant at first because I had seen another mechanic with 400+reviews but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He answered a bunch of extra questions I had and explained things in detail. He even answered my cosmetic questions and explained the dashboard lights possible meanings/ causes and suggested places to get them looked at. He also came 10minutes early to the appointment a plus for me! Being a woman with very little mechanical knowledge I really appreciate the time he took to explain things.
