Over my career I've worked in small independent shops and major dealerships, and I've gained experience with all types of Domestic, European, and Asian cars. Wonderful. Jonathan showed up early and had excellent car computer diagnostic equipment. He found the problem and showed me on his computer screen that what I had been told was the problem previously (a bad catalytic converter) was actually not the problem. Then he helped my neighbor with a battery problem and she was really greatful for his kindness.
