2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 4.7 4x4 starter replacement. First time using this service and definitely will not be the last! Very impressed with the service Jean provided. If and when I need a mechanic, Jean will be the one I will be requesting. Car now starts right up! Oh and he was early, however he did confirm it was ok. Great great service. Jean was right on time. We chatted about the job to be sure there were no surprises. He was very polite and never complained about the 94 degree heat. He test drove it and was finished in under two hours. I got new rear brake pads and rotors; a rear wiper blade; brake line flush; and oil change with filter. I had taken the vehicle to a tire shop for an estimate and the guy told me he couldn’t beat the price and would have had to charge me at least $200 more. I’ll definitely request Jean the next time I use “Your Mechanic”.
