This man is a great tech. Arrived right on time, Found the problem (short in wiring) quickly. Have already told my friend's what a great service tech Mr. Hough is. 1000 times better than going to a dealership or outside shop. Called three shops for a quote, all three said I had to leave my truck all day, and each shop cost's @ least $40.00 to $60.00 more. I can's speak for the rest of the tech's @ "Your Mechanic", but if I ever have another issue with my truck, I'll be calling Mr. Hough ASAP.

Jonathan was early for both appointments. Great communication and quickly finished desired work each time. Due to another flaw he noticed right off, we have not used the vehicle to give it a real test. I will be repairing that flaw shortly.

Jonathan arrived early and was ready to go. He listened to the history and started the diagnostics. Besides determining that the problem was the alternator, he determined it was causing a lot of the other issues. After a very reasonable quote, I scheduled the repair. He also found another issue that I will consider repairing. Great to have the mobile mechanic on my side.

2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 4.7 4x4 starter replacement. First time using this service and definitely will not be the last! Very impressed with the service Jean provided. If and when I need a mechanic, Jean will be the one I will be requesting. Car now starts right up! Oh and he was early, however he did confirm it was ok. Great great service. It’s a very comforting feeling knowing a great mechanic. I’ll admit I was hesitant at first because I was concerned of more changes. Jean was courteous and professional. Very very nice guy. He showed me everything that he did. Explain battery usage and charging. Explained that I may need a new battery in 3 to 6 months. Also to check the two front tires needs to be replaced. So he was very, very informative.
