Very professional and efficient. Very helpful with some questions I had and took his time to make sure I was happy. He was able to complete the work (starter replacement '08 accord / not easy) and did not need one of the items I was originally charged for and removed them on his own....I would never have known the difference. He lowered the cost of the work and got it done correctly and quickly. It was great to deal with a real mechanic who was very knowledgeable and honest.

Mr. Terrence did an excellent job diagnosing the source of the engine noise I was hearing. After examining my vehicle thoroughly and performing some tests, he explained that my recently replaced power steering pump was making a noise that a brand-new power steering pump should not be making. Mr. Terrence spoke to me in plain language I could understand. He recommended I return the new pump to the repair shop that sold it to me and ask for a replacement at no cost. He also encouraged me to get back in touch with Your Mechanic if I needed further diagnostics or repairs. Thank you, Mr. Terrence!
