Very pleased overall. Brett arrived on time (actually 15 minutes early), and the work was completed 45 minutes later. I received a quote from a nearby shop that had 2.4 hrs of labor for this job. He was very friendly and competent. He even gave me pointers with a few other issues on my car, but was not pressured. The payment process was smooth and easy.

This was our second appointment for the day and again Brett was punctual, had the parts and tools needed and got right to work. My parts were the original manufacturer parts (8 years old) so they were stubborn coming off, but Brett was patient and got the job done.

Brett was quick, efficient, helpful and honest. He's also personable, and he happens to have a lot of experience with my car. I'll definitely be using his services again and recommend him to my friends and family in the area.
