What a great person. Very good and fast service. I thought it was my starter (clicking when starting) but Chris was spot on when he said it was only a dead (like 6 feet under dead) battery. Took some to jump it and get it running, but if you want some courteous and great service ask for Chris. Thanks very much. He arrived early too.

Very professional and efficient. Very helpful with some questions I had and took his time to make sure I was happy. He was able to complete the work (starter replacement '08 accord / not easy) and did not need one of the items I was originally charged for and removed them on his own....I would never have known the difference. He lowered the cost of the work and got it done correctly and quickly. It was great to deal with a real mechanic who was very knowledgeable and honest.

Travis was great! He was very knowledgeable and even broke down some information to my understanding. He is very honest as well. I took my car to an auto body shop to get an oil change and was multiple thing was wrong with my vehicle. ... I had a feeling they were trying to get over on me because I haven’t had the car for over a year, it is fairly new. Mr. Terrence did an excellent job diagnosing the source of the engine noise I was hearing. After examining my vehicle thoroughly and performing some tests, he explained that my recently replaced power steering pump was making a noise that a brand-new power steering pump should not be making. Mr. Terrence spoke to me in plain language I could understand. He recommended I return the new pump to the repair shop that sold it to me and ask for a replacement at no cost. He also encouraged me to get back in touch with Your Mechanic if I needed further diagnostics or repairs. Thank you, Mr. Terrence!
