Jimmy was GREAT! Arrived right on time, was very nice, he introduced himself, and went right to work. He came in Only when he was finished with the job and even told me about my brakes! The car ran smoothly after and I would absolutely ask him to come back when the time comes to get my oil changed again.
Kelly was fantastic. Texts to keep me updated on the time, got the job (brakes and rotors) done quickly. He even checked my front brakes, fluid levels, and cleaned out the air filter. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in the Charlotte area.
Kelly really impressed me. He was very good at his job, did the work, and even test drove the car after. When he realized the wrong breaks had been given to him, unlike the others that had been here, and left; Kelly called his job, went and got the correct breaks, and completed the job.
