Corey had to drive out of his way about an hour to get the part they didn't have ready. I received texts, emails and calls about him having to be late because of this problem. I also got alot of apologies for being late. He asked me what the problem was with my car before he started replacing the blower motor. We both knew after my conversation with him that I needed a new one. He went to work, I went back to my work. He contacted me when he was fininshed. I met him at the car, turned on the blower motor. I'm very happy with the experience.
