First, I'd like to start by saying that Brikk was Awesome!!! His people skills are astounding!! He let me know what was going on with my truck, every step of the way...... And I understood!! Never before had that happened with any mechanic or shop that I dealt with in the past!! He did a great job, his prep area was clean and awesome, he was very diligent to making sure that this was what I needed done, he had all the tools needed for the job, and did I mention he was on time, even early!!! I've already booked another service with him and he is now my go to guy for all of my cars!! I wish I would've known about this site long ago, but I will definitely spread the word and tell Everyone about Brikk!!

Jimmy was on time (early actually) and very pleasant to work with. He replaced our alternator and power steering belts in under 30 minutes and then stuck around to jump our car (since it had been out of use for almost a month). He educated us on why we were having difficulties replacing the belts ourselves and even checked to make sure our battery was still good before leaving. Thanks, Jimmy!

Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable! He came out in freezing cold weather (literally) and looked at my car, told me what was up with it (most of which I actually already knew, and one or two things I didn't , but which fit in with what was wrong. I will be calling tomorrow to have him fix the vehicle. I am happy with the attention and accuracy with which he worked. No trying to screw me over, just the "this is the problem" and I am happy with that.
