I was admittedly skeptical - surely the sequel can't be as good as the first one! - but Jeffrey was a joy to have working on my car! He initially inspected my car to correctly determine the problem, and when the quote turned out to be not only reasonable but extremely competitive I didn't waste any time having him come back and replace the starter in my car. Corey contacted me prior to my appointment to reschedule due to parts availability and was thorough in explanation of changes and options regarding diagnostics or repairs. He was professional, polite, and efficient. My services were an A/C compressor replacement and oil change.
