Calvin is the consummate professional. He called beforehand to get a more detailed description of my needs and came ready and eager to work. He spent as much time as was needed to make sure that I understood what he was doing and why and fully explained the various fluid measurement components to the car (for example, where the power steering fluid stick was, where the oil dipstick was, etc.). I would highly recommend Calvin as an exemplary mechanic for your organization.
