Micheal was very knowledgeable about the issue. The service was done quickly. Not only did he replace the starter, when the job was completed he assisted in troubleshooting and fixing another issue that seemed to happen from disconnecting the battery. It was a positive experience! My original appt. was cancelled since parts weren't in but to my surprise, they suggested coming to my jobsite when I wasn't available to be home for the next appt. It worked out great. Jimmy is a very nice guy & he answered my questions & my car is working perfectly! I recommended my co-worker use Your Mechanic & just the very next day she had them come out to her house. She was very pleased as well. And you can't beat the cost for repairs! I am so glad I found Your Mechanic! My parents are disappointed that there aren't any in Wilmington, NC or else they would be customers too.
