Joe is great. He recommended something totally different then the local AC repair company I started with did. I am not really happy that i paid a $70 diagnostic fee just to get a quote when every other place I took the car provided this for free. I am still trying to determine which suggested repair to go with but I can say that I thoroughly appreciated Joe's knowledge and tend to believe that he is correct in his assessment.

Johnathon was truly heaven sent. He came at a time when I was desperate to get my car running and was in a panic because I use my car for my business. Jeffery was GREAT! We had a bad alternator resulting in a dead battery which we could not change ourselves because of the location of the battery. Jeffery came and changed out the alternator and also charged the battery! All while my son was at work. When he left work, his car was fixed with a charged battery!! We were sure we would pay for the convience of having the mechanic fix it in the parkinglot at his work but no! The price was very reasonable, and a great mechanic with the best personality! I am telling everyone!

Jeffrey is a very attentive mechanic. He treated me with the utmost respect while also giving his full attention to learn what I was experiencing wrong with my car. And then implemented his diagnostic attention to my vehicle and from what I was witnessing he was very deliberate in spending the time needed in order to find what appeared to be the big problem causing my vehicle issue. Every time I get a mechanic that comes out from your mechanic with the level of customer service and knowledge that Jeffrey showed me. Always seems to make the appointment more of an enjoyable and peaceful time versus the time being a bad and painful time. Even when I would be getting told bad news it's been done in a way where it doesn't seem to be offencive but more like with the attitude of - okay I understand that is a big deal but thank you for letting me know.
