Joe was very punctual and upon arrival found I needed a replacement part to my battery connection. With this newfound data he could not do the repair needed that day. He arranged to come the following day (his day off) to do the repair as my safety was important to him, and my vehicle was in no way safe in its current state (master cylinder was out ). He cared enough to take his own personal time to accommodate! Will definitely call on him again for any future repairs.

My experience was great! I wasn't sure if there was a problem with my engine and by listening he didn't think there was a problem and let me know how much the diagnostic service was. Turns out it was just a loose heat shield. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't say work is needed done that's not needed. I will definitely call again and ask for him specifically when I need any mechanic services.
