Jeffery was GREAT! We had a bad alternator resulting in a dead battery which we could not change ourselves because of the location of the battery. Jeffery came and changed out the alternator and also charged the battery! All while my son was at work. When he left work, his car was fixed with a charged battery!! We were sure we would pay for the convience of having the mechanic fix it in the parkinglot at his work but no! The price was very reasonable, and a great mechanic with the best personality! I am telling everyone!

Paul did an excellent job. Only problem was I originally stated which two parts the vehicle needed. He called me and said that the water inlet pipe is not available through Supply Parts, that it must come from a dealer. I looked the part up and called the parts store he uses, and they did have it in stock. Paul picked it up plus the water pump. My final bill was almost $70 higher than the online quote. Repair time was quoted at 3hrs, but it only took 1 1/2 hr. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the repair job.
