He was prompt and thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. Which I appreciated very much. I had red to get this issue resolved at a mechanic shop, however, they were no help. VERY satisfied! Jessie arrived on time, did a WONDERFUL job replacing ALL 4 air struts on a 15 year old Mercedes S class. He was neat, polite, and kept us informed on his progress. He guesstimated it would take around 5 hours and that turned out to be quite accurate. Will absolutely use him again!

Since Pete arrived he jumped in to do his work. He used his time appropriately. My car's clutch was down to the floor, his first diagnostic was correct. Flushed lines and clutch is back to work. Very knowledgeable and honest with a good sense of humor.
