Unfortunately TJ was running late due to earlier appointments running over, however, he kept in constant contact updating me on his arrival. His friendly disposition and love of his job make him a pleasure to deal with.
I loved everything about this service! It was super convenient. TJ showed up promptly at the appointment time, was very friendly, and did an excellent job. The price was very fair, much lower than any other quote I got. I won't hesitate to book another appointment with TJ in the future.
He was prompt and thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. Which I appreciated very much. I had red to get this issue resolved at a mechanic shop, however, they were no help. Christopher at least listened to my concerns and took them seriously. I will definitely call him again if I need service.
