Arrived on time, knew exactly what he was doing, replaced the gear shift cable assembly on our 4Runner with the OEM part we had purchased separately from eBay. Mechanic completed repair then test drove the vehicle, vehicle now shifts gears like new. Great job, reasonable price, mechanics down the street told us it would be awhile before they could get to our 4Runner even AFTER we would have had to pay almost a hundred dollars just to have it towed to them because the vehicle was not drive-able with the shifter cable broken. YourMechanic was the right choice at the right time for us. We don't know where all of the unfair negative reviews are coming from on the internet but they do not reflect our sterling experience with this company.

Jose is perfect. Engine light was on and I was thinking to replace Valve gasket as per the error code. But he rightly suggested that the problem might be with Oxyzen sensor and not gasket.

My experience with Richard was wonderful. As a college girl with not much knowledge of cars at all he made me aware of everything he was doing and why. He arrived right on time and was super nice.
