Nice efficient clean work!

Appt was between 9:45 AM - 10:15 AM. Benji reached out like a true pro and advised. He showed up and listened to what I stated. Looked and within minutes made a recommendation. While there had only been two pairs of hands that had worked on my car in the past 10 years, after understanding more of his qualifications I decided to move forward. Within minutes he had an accurate diagnosis for the repair. He was extremely thorough in that procedure and let me know what this consisted of. I'm not easy to deal with all the time because I require details and some people do not have good communication skills. This is the reason why I service my own vehicles as much as possible - zero patience for anything else. Benji has excellent communication, good interpersonal skills and showed patience. I had a good experience with him and when YourMechanic adjusts my account accordingly I'll be more than happy to reach out and ask him if he wouldn't mind servicing my vehicle. This guy is good. Let's see if his team has those qualities as he stated it would a different tech to conduct the service. Though wished it would be him. He's the man!💯🔥 But have confidence in this man - let him diagnose the problem first ad explain it. Cheers!

My appointment was great. Benji called and told me he couldn't get the parts until 7:30 which worked better for us because my daughter goes to work at that time so her vehicle was out of the way. I admire any of these guys that can go out and work in this killer heat.

Very friendly. Took his time doing a diagnostic test on my car. Found more wrong then I thought but glass to know what needs fixing. Showed up right on time for my appointment.

Benji was an ok mechanic and friendly but I do not know why he diagnosed me and then when the next mechanic came out and replaced what was needed my vehicle still isn’t working.

Communicated well and was great!

Benji did a great job but I was a little disappointed when he told me they can't fix the ignition switch and that needs to be fixed first so I have to find someone else to do that before we get the rest done.
