Alfred did an excellent job. I needed the alternator replaced on my Buick Lucerne. He showed up on time, explained the process and completed the work in about 30 minutes. Excellent service couldn't hope for better in spite of annoying part problems due to hardship of obtaining the parts Larry stayed the struggle and perfected acquiring parts necessary for my vehicles fix and all has turned out to be an awesome job with vehicle running perfect. Wow, Kenneth did a great job on changing the spark plugs and corresponding ignition wires. Due to it being a transverse (sideways engine) the front 3 spark plugs were fairly routine and came out most normally. However, replacing the back 3 were a hell job if there ever was one! Lower engine on that side, very limited room, stuck wires and plugs, tough angles, and obstacles blockage everywhere! Despite these, Kenneth somehow managed to get the back 3 replaced. He used every bit of his knowlege and experience as a mechanic. Really a tremendous job! Thanks very much Kenneth, you are a great mechanic!
