Carlos was right on time, which is the first point of professionalism. He was able to diagnose the vehicle and was desirous of getting us up and running without suggesting extra items that need attention, but won't prevent the vehicle from running. We booked another appointment with him for future work. We were very pleased with him as a person and his knowledge of the vehicle (1987 Buick Skyhawk). Definitely would use this service again as long as Carlos is available.

Q: Brakes go all the way to the floor - 1998 Buick Skylark
Answered by Kevin
To eliminate the possibility of air anywhere in the hydraulic braking system, you can bleed (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/bleed-brakes) all wheel cylinders (calipers) even if you have worked on only one. Start with the longest brake line and finish with the shortest line....
Q: Car starts fine, but won't shift into Drive
Answered by Kevin
Hello. The only transmission fluid related cause that would account for your symptom is low fluid level (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/transmission-fluid-service). Be wary though of adding too much fluid which can cause other problems as the fluid becomes entrained with air. If the...
