Matt is very professional and looks out for the benefits of the customers. He recommended better struts for my car and it was a better deal for me. He is really for the customers. My backlight hood was a little loose and he fixed that for free. I went to the dealer several times before and they didn't even mention that... My experience with Matt is awesome and it is more like a family doctor who knows your medical history and someone you can make friends, and you can talk to him and tell him what kind of concerns you have about your car. Max came out to my work parking lot on a very hot day to change my oil and recharge my A/C. Although my A/C compressor was bad and couldn't be recharged, Max explained everything and steps we could take to get the compressor fixed. I would definitely recommend Max for future services!!!

I was told told by an Car shop that my brakes and Rotors were bad! So I called your Mechanic to have them to replaced them. As Jim William was preparing to do the work on my car, he notice that this was not the case and informed me that I did not need Brakes or Rotors the problem was that the Brake cap was loose. So, Honesty is important to me. Also I will be requesting him for further Mechanic work.
