Barry did an excellent job with a repair that seemed trickier than usual. First, getting to the alternator proved to be difficult on the Odyssey due to the lack of room around the engine. He was able to get it replaced successfully though. He was on time and very courteous.

He's really knowledgeable and made sure we knew the next step. Offered to have our car fixed in his shop since it's not something we could've done in the driveway.

Barry replaced the front shock absorbers on my 1984 Chevy Caprice.

New brakes successfully installed. He had to reschedule for the next day and then ran a little late, but he called both times to notify me with a good margin (the day before, and about an hour before, respectively). There was a little extra charge for removing a bolt/screw thing that he had to take off by force since it was stripped, but it wasn't too crazy. I saved about $60 over doing this with Firestone, and for me it was a pretty good experience.
