True professional this guy here. Installed alternator in about 20 mins, inquired about how I was doing at the same time. Even though Matthew incurred a little damage to his personal vehicle upon arrival, his demeanor remained up beat. Like I said... True professional.

Matthew canceled the first appointment due to the weather but showed up extra early for the next one and I really appreciated that. Matthew took his time in explaining not just what he was going to do, but HOW the transmission is supposed to work and HOW his intervention would fix the issue. The experience is SO MUCH BETTER than the "red team, blue team, green team" that occurs when you walk into a typical repair shop. Will continue to use Mr. Lerman and YourMechanic as long as he is the kind of technician that your hire! I am usually reluctant to recommend service providers out of fear that my friends and neighbors will hold me responsible for any negative outcomes. However I feel totally comfortable and I have already recommended Matthew/YourMechanic to others!

I was really skeptical about this since I had never heard of this company before. Matthew showed up on time ready to roll. He asked me some questions to try and get a better understanding of my issues with the car. Matthew checked a couple things then got straight to work. In an hour he was done and began his own inspection for other problems. I didn't stand over him while he worked but he did tell me he didn't mind and would even explain what he was doing. Total transparency that you can't get with a shop. I would recommend him to anyone who is not knowledgeable about vehicles. I will say the price was a bit steeper than I expected but in comparison to shop prices it's a deal. The best part is they come to you.
