my first experience with yourmechanic was very good. Adam came on time and check the issue, he then told me about the issue and what we need to fix. He kept me informed about what he is doing and provided the estimates and gave me best possible option. My car is now running smooth. Hard to get such level of honesty nowadays. Must recommend to all who are been looted by most service centers. Thanks Yourmechanic team and Adam.
original apt was for 10-2 at 3:15, but Quentin was unable to get the alternator. He did text me in a timely fashion informing me the part would be available in the morning on 10-3. He said he would get to my house around 10:30, earlier if possible. He texted me the next morning and did arrive 30 minutes early. The alternator was replaced very quickly and he then charged my battery. There were no surprise fees. He did suggest I replace my battery soon, but there was no pressure from him to let him do it. When driving to work the "check engine " light came on. I texted Quentin and he replied in a timely manner. He suggested it could be the computer needs resetting. He also suggested I go to a certain auto parts house and get a diagnostics run at no charge.
I am extremely pleased with Quentin and My Mechanic.
Keith was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how the CKP works and replaced a hard-to-get-to part in a snap. He also answered many of my concerns I had with my 2008 Jeep Patriot. I will definitely use YourMechanic in the future.
Keith was initially scheduled to arrive at 2 PM. He called around 10:00 am and asked if he could make it at around 12:30 pm. I agreed and Keith arrived on time. I found him to be extremely professional, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. He got to work immediately. As my car is a bit on the older side, it was a challenge to get some of the old parts removed and the new ones added, but that didn't seem to worry Keith in the slightest. He handled it all like a pro.
I would definitely use Keith again. You should too, whether you have used Your Mechanic before or not.
Arrived on time. Very personable and puts the customer's interest first. He pointed out a couple of things that would need replacing soon (It is a 12 year old car so no surprises there) but I did not feel any pressure to add them to the work list.
