Eliseo was prompt, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He definitely knows the business and assures his customer are satisfied.

Came early, diagnosed the issue quickly, and even took the time to show my wife (who was home at the time) the issue so she could see before he did anything. Will use again.

My first appointment was on 11/4/17, but after arriving, Eliseo discovered that the box of brake pads were incorrect. This was NOT his fault. The box had the correct part #, but the brake pads inside were incorrect. He rescheduled for the following Monday, 11/6/17, but was unable to make the appointment. Another appointment was made for Thursday 11/9/17. Eliseo was early, which was great! :) He replaced the brake pads and took several photos for his records. This is a great way to keep track of work being done. Overall, it was a great experience, and he was professional. I would definitely use him again, and recommend his services to others.

It’s hard to trust a mechanic nowadays. I thought I needed this certain part fix but it was something else. Honesty is very important to me plus he fix the problem and actually showed me what was wrong with my car.
