Very quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. There's a few other things I need to get taken care of on my car in the near future, and he let me know what they were without sounding like a salesman trying to push upsales. I had an AWESOME experience with Robert! He was really careful with taking off the radiator filler neck from the radiator so that no damages will be caused to the radiator which would've cost a whole lot more.
