Fernando was definitely a 5-star mechanic. He communicated well, clearly explaining what services my car would need in the future. He has a sunny disposition and was friendly and respectful throughout the service. I had dreaded changing my car's battery and imagined that it would be far more complicated than Fernando made it. This is the greatest service I have ever had and I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely use Your Mechanic again...and again...and again!

Great guy and do good work but he doesn’t has all the tools to complete the whole job, in this case he doesn’t has scan tool to release electronic parking brake so he replace the rear brake pad and rotors per service request. I don’t think it’s 100% his fault, the YourMechanic site should be better identify which car has which features to better recommend the right technician that has the right tools and can complete works per customer request.

Answered by Jay
The smell of something burning could be many different problems from something stuck to the exhaust like a plastic bag to oil or coolant leaks on the engine. The smell comes into the passenger compartment through the air intake vents...
Key does not turn and steering wheel locked.
Answered by Evan
The first thing I would recommend is to try turning the wheel and the key at the same time. Sometimes it is possible for the steering lock to bind the ignition cylinder. Turning the wheel away from the lock can...
