Cesar was very knowledgable in helping diagnose my problem with my WRX not starting. He first suggested to change the spark plugs because there was too much fuel in the spark plugs when checked. Since I knew that had not been done in a while, I agreed. After the change, my car was good as new. Two days later my car stopped starting again. Cesar came out again and found out that it was my fuel pump. He did a great job and let me know what else I should watch out for next. YourMechanic is way better than bringing your car into a car repair shop and way more convenient. You don’t have to tow your broken down car to a place then trying to figure out a way home. I made an appointment to have the windshield wiper motor replaced. We live in Washington state where it rains a lot! So I really needed my wipers. Cesar arrived on time, confirmed it was the motor and went to work. The quote stated it would take 1-1/2 hours to complete. Cesar was done in one hour! This was my first time using "Your Mechanic". We had a communication problem on where to meet (all my fault). but once we got to where the car was at he was able to verify and fix the starter on my car in a very quick fashion. Ian sent me a message that he could come earlier than my appointment time and since I was already home, I appreciated the earlier start time. Ian is super friendly and a knowledgeable mechanic, as well as patient and seemed very trustworthy (I hardly ever trust anyone from the start, especially mechanics. He was also able to answer all of my questions). He took pictures of everything that he did, so much different than any other mechanic that has worked on my car. Pretty cool that "Your Mechanic" offers this type and level of service. I will be using "Your Mechanic" if and when my car needs servicing and I would hope that Ian was the mechanic that came out. Robert showed up as agreed friendly and clean professional look He immediately went to work on my vw passat and didn't even take a break until he was at least 89% completed he brought all the parts needed plus a thermostat for a small additional fee he also installed He was very positive and even though several distractions occurred while he was working he minded his own business and was very diligent while working He answer every question I asked no matter how trivial and made me feel confident in his ability to complete a very tedious job that was very involved and technical to say the least upon completion he advised me of and future repair needed and I'm and sure I will book him again the future Job well done sir! As far and ms the company is concerned they misquoted my estimate and when I pointed out their error they did make rhe correction I would recommend you go over the quote and make sure they and mandrel billing you properly Thabks for the good job robert

Experience was fine, I think it would be good if mechanics would show up wearing a jacket with company logo, or something to make it obvious that they are not just some stranger off the street.
