Very nice experience. He replaced my brake rotors and pads. Everything was very smooth.

Ian was courteous, quick and efficient! He contacted me before our appointment to make sure everything was in order and even contacted me the morning of the appointment notify me that he had time to show up earlier than our scheduled time if I like. Couldn't ask for more!

Courteous and professional

Mr. Shastko was punctual for our appointment today. He was personable while pragmatic: he outlined what he'd be doing and why. He also explained that he'd check the overall general condition of my car and make recommendations. He found the right rear tire to be low and filled it to the proper pounds-per-inch volume. He proceeded with the radiator service processes. At tasks end, Ian cleaned up thoroughly. I most certainly intend to use "Your Mechanic" services in the future. I find Ian to be highly competent, knowledgeable, and a person demonstrating true concern toward achieving results desired by, and to the benefit of, the customer. Jim Hensley in Seattle

Explained everything to me like I was 5 (because I told him I know less about cars than a 5 year old). He showed me what was wrong, and explained how he drew the conclusions. 10 out of 10, would use again

Had Ian come in for an inspection for my battery that wouldn't hold a charge. Ian looked at all angles carefully and after explaining the problems to me, recommended solutions, for which he came in again and fixed the problematic part. We did some testing later and everything was good after replacing the part and I did not have to replace the more expensive alternator!

Ian was awesome. If you've ever hated dealing with dealership gouging and shuttles or shady independent mechanics, this is the guy with the right service for you. Booking was easy and pricing was upfront, which is a huge timesaver to calling a shop and waiting for prices and appointments over the phone. Ian was friendly, honest, and made sure he took a look at any and every other issue I might have with the car. Fun time to be had having Ian fix your car :)

Ian did a timing belt replacement service on my 2002 Toyota 4Runner and I am extremely pleased with his work and the value I recieved. Ian arrived at my house on time, explained what he would do and got to work. There were zero issues that needed to be addressed. I have already recommended both Ian and YourMechanic to a friend and will continue to do so. I will have Ian to do an upcoming major service on my Ford Expedition.

This is the first time I have used Your Mechanic and it definitely won't be the last! Ian arrived right on time, explained everything he would be doing and then got to work. Upon completion he made a couple recommendations for future maintenance and additionally sent me a complete report. My vehicle runs great and I just loved the convenience of having the work done at my house which allows for direct communication with the mechanic.

Ian went above and beyond to work with my schedule and get my car back to working order as quickly as possible. I had expected the repair to take at least a week based on past experiences but he diagnosed the issue, ordered the new part, and made an appointment to install it the next morning.

Ian worked on my '66 Barracuda and got it started. He was professional, friendly and very tolerant of my questions and pesky dog. I highly recommend him and would gladly have him work on any other vehicle we own. What a terrific experience it turned out to be~!

I can honestly say that you couldn't find a better mechanic than Ian. He could've replaced a fuel pump that wasn't broken and charged me twice as much, but instead he worked to find the problem, got a new part and repaired my car that day. He took the time to explain everything as well. Excellent service and very personable, would hire him again no question.

Ian was amazing. The biggest reason I've avoided having my car serviced, was fear of finding someone that would attempt to run the bill up on me, for a simple fix, but Ian was definitely not that person. He told it to me how it was, was incredibly knowledgeable, and an overall friendly person. From now on, any services that I need done to my car, will almost certainly be done by Ian.
