Best car fix experience that I have ever had. Fernando was on time, prepared, and clearly knew what he was doing! I am super impressed with the service he provided, and I am not easily impressed. Great guy and do good work but he doesn’t has all the tools to complete the whole job, in this case he doesn’t has scan tool to release electronic parking brake so he replace the rear brake pad and rotors per service request. I don’t think it’s 100% his fault, the YourMechanic site should be better identify which car has which features to better recommend the right technician that has the right tools and can complete works per customer request.

Ian showed up early, which was great, (beat the rain). He was very nice, asked if I had any concerns or issues. I told him why I had him come out and he suggested a quick test. Everything was fine, he did the flush. He did an inspection. All looked good. I would recommend Ian to anyone needing service. It's really nice to be able to actually talk with the mechanic instead of just somebody behind a desk. I plan to call Ian for future work if/when needed. Thank You Ian!
