Unfortunately customer service at your Mechanic had double booked us for the appointment that we had scheduled at noon on April 1st and Timothy went out of his way to get the work done. He got here at 4-4:30 pm when he was scheduled at 12 pm and did the job which wasn't an easy job especially since it was a hot day and he already had a full days work. Timothy was amazing and made up for the mistake made by customer service.
Tim showed up right on time. The job took longer than quoted and had other appointments booked, but stayed until the job was completed. If and when I need other issues with my vehicle, I will call Tim back to do the work.
In all honesty, it's very hard these days to trust mechanics in regards to telling one self that something is more seriously wrong with your vehicle when it's not just to make an extra buck. But I did not get this in anyway from Matt. He was very honest and took the time with me to go over the possibilities n what can be checked first before one would assume that you would need to go buy a new transmission. He drove the car and said, it drove without no problems and the engine light ended up going off. He also helped my in resetting the annoying check oil and oil 0% lights when it had been changed previously but never went off. He also checked and discussed with me the service traction and ESC light. We discussed a lot about my car (problems) that I can't remember everything as to write them all so that goes without saying that he was very thorough. I would definitely use Matt again for any more services on my family's or my vehicles. Thank You Matt Your Awesome!!!
