Ralph really went the extra step of making sure he explained not only his process and reasoning during the repair, but also the things he noticed about the car and why he was recommending additional things for a later date and the time frame for those additional repairs. He was punctual as well which is always a plus.

Oil Change

AMOUNT PAID

$98.73
by Jason from Sammamish, WA 98075

Ramiro did a great job. He was timely, professional, didn't leave a mess for me to deal with. Highly recommend his services.

AMOUNT PAID

$80.00
by Ryan from Bellevue, WA 98004

Ramiro was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even went so far as to pull out a starter from his truck and explain to me how it worked, as part of an answer to my question about whether he suspected that I had an issue with mine. He performed a thorough investigation, correctly identified my problem as a faulty battery, and showed me exactly how he knew and how I should seek a warranty replacement for it. For someone like myself who knows about nothing about cars, his patience was very appreciated.

Brake light comes on.
Answered by Andrew
Hi, it sounds like the brake light switch needs replacing (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/brake-light-bulb-replacement) under the dash. I would have a technician such as one from YourMechanic replace it for you.
