Great service

Rich stuck with a job until it was done and done, right. The handle was still a little sticky when he left but he put grease on it and that grease worked its way in and my door opens great now.

Personable. Knowledgeable. Wonderful to work with. He was communicative and solutions based. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it.

While the service request was not descriptive, Rich made sure he asked for problems and symptoms to accurately diagnose the issue. While a pressure test was not possible due to shoddy work by a 3rd party vendor, at least I knew who to chase and what fixes need to be done.
