Kyle was amazing! It feels good to know that mechanics like Kyle exist and such a treat that he's a part of YourMechanic. When he arrived, he listened to my concerns and the issues we were dealing with our car. Since I was working remotely, I was only able to interact briefly on my break. His warmth gave me assurance that we were in great hands. So I handed him the keys and headed inside with my little ones on my tail. I checked in with him to see if there was anything he needed few hours later. He was honest and shared his knowledge of the source of the issue and also other issues he found as he went on.
