I'm very happy with Fernando and Your mechanic. I plan on being a repeat customer and getting service for the items needing maintenance. I've had many disappointing experiences with shops and other mobile mechanic. In fact the reason for this service call was because the previous mobile mechanic that replaced my alternator in September didn't do quality work. In 2 1/2 months the alternator was loose. I'm very satisfied with the over all report, thorough and easy to understand.

Rich came out as scheduled, even though I wasn't able to be present (left the key with a family member. He diagnosed the car and fixed what he could at the time (battery). I'll be trying to schedule again soon for an alternator..thank you!
