Kenneth is very efficient and careful with the work. He is also very friendly and explains what he is doing as he goes. He also gave me great tips for preventive maintenance.

Prompt and quick but thorough work replacing both front LCAs. Very courteous as well, and I had a very pleasant experience. Had all necessary tools and methodically completely the work.

Ken showed up bright and early for my inspection appointment at my house. He was very nice and professional and went through a 150 point inspection check list very thoroughly. Overall, he thought my new used car was in pretty good shape and gave it a clean bill of health. If I have any other work I need done I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Ken again.

Kenneth did a great job. He arrived on time (early, even!) and was very knowledgable about servicing my minivan. This was my first time using Your Mechanic, and Kenneth left a really good impression.

Very positive experience. Kenneth was proactive in working with us and the dealer. I had some special areas of concern with the car that he addressed. In addition to the detailed report he called me to provide additional commentary and even worked with the dealer to suggest some actions they take.

Ken diagnosed a squealing noise in my van, and said I needed to replace the water pump and drive belt. He did the work efficiently and throughly. By the end of the repair, the squealing noise had disappeared and my van was running smoothly again. Ken values my time and explains what he's doing under the hood, so I'm very satisfied.

He replaced the Brake Light Switch in a timely manner and performed and overall review of the condition of my car and gave me recommendation for maintenance and repairs. Kenneth was great! Highly recommended. Came to my work just to change my brake pads. He ended up checking out my whole car. Made a few suggestions but didn't pressure me into spending more money. Even went out of his way to see why my check engine was on. Brakes work great now. Super easy, really convenient. Couldn't ask for better service.

My Hyundai Sonata has a control arm attached to the rotor which makes anything related to the back side of the car impossible or intimidating to touch. With that being said, Kenneth was able to replace two wheel studs within a matter of minutes. I cannot explain how satisfied I am with his work and with his honesty--which is rare in a lot of Professionals in the car business. I will only be in the Bay Area for a while longer, but I plan on using Kenneth again without hesitation. You will not be dissapointment with Kenneth!

Kenneth Potts is an extremely friendly, courteous, competent, and capable technician. He arrived on time and did the job perfectly well, much better than I had anticipated. He also took the time to look over the car and make friendly recommendations on what else could be done, on my option, to make the car run better, without trouble, and for a longer period of time, I recommend him very highly.

Kenneth is very knowledgeable and friendly. I made mistake to ask for clutch slave cylinder replacement. But Kenneth figured out it is actually master cylinder problem instead of slave. He also made a rescheduling for me right after knowing the real problem. Then the second time, he fixed my car very quickly and also explained a lot detail about the problem. I am glad to have him work on my car. Highly recommended!!

I was notified prior to Kenneth's (my mechanic) arrival. He arrived a few minutes early and politely call my cell to notify me he was outside. Kenneth was polite and Very professional. He explained the work he was about to perform and reviewed the work again at the end. There was no surprises. Kenneth performed his work exactly as explained and even did a quick diagnostic test for me because my check engine light was on. All at no extra cost. Can't say enough about Kenneth's performance. He was very quick as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Kenneth Potts for service on anyones car. And will ask for him again.
