Great person, my car battery is in a strange place on the left side of the engine compartment. He knew he had to take the tire off to get to the battery. I could not do this by myself.

Carlos was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing. Due to prior issues with yourmechanic, I really appreciated Carlos’ professionalism.
Carlos was very knowledgeable and did the job right on schedule. One item needs clarification; If your company recommends you replace something and it turns out that it does not need replacement. You should not replace it just because you erroneously recommended it. and if you do, you need to reimburse customer for your error. I think Carlos was doing what he was instructed to do thus not sure how to avoid your "wrong" recommendation or keep a job from getting done/installed unnecessarily.
