Joshua was very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. He sent 2x the time that I had paid for because he really wanted to be thorough. More work was required on my car, and rather than suggesting that I pay him to do it, he recommended that I visit a Ford dealership for this particular issue. He though it would end up being cheaper for me. I did some research and decided to use Joshua again to do the remaining work. I trust him.

Raul was Amazing! I purchased a van in Washington. Drove it all over camping down the coast; ran wonderful! It got towed in Berkeley (parking violation) and when I went to get it from the impound yard, it wouldn't start in park...only neutral. When I drove, it wouldn't got over 50mph and it kept jumping out of drive and into neutral. I thought it was seriously damaged after being towed. Raul said it just needed an adjustment. In no time he had it running perfectly for $112.00! So grateful!! There was the added benefit of him coming to our house and me getting to watch him as he worked on my vehicle. Raul was very personable, knowledgeable and I will definitely choose him with confidence the next time I need a mechanic!
