AWESOME. Tien was right on time. He also explained things to me professionally and without brushing me off when I had questions, something which doesn't happen too often in mechanics' environment being a woman. The repair cost was almost half of what I had been quoted by a local shop(!!)...and the convenience! In my opinion it doesn't get any better when it comes to car repairs!!! Did I say AWESOME?!
