Daniel arrived on time, was very communicative and handled the job independently, while I could work on my own things. He did the inspection, gave me the news about how worn my brake pads were, laid out the options and the cost, and then I moved forward with replacing just the rear pads based on his diagnosis. The car sounded good after driving around a bit. I trust he did a good job.
