very happy with Brandon. He quickly got my hood released using the manual mechanism and found the cable was not broken but the latch was misaligned. Glad to not have to tow it to my local shop (battery was dead).

I reason for the call for the anti-theft lock was not fixed. The Tech did seem friendly, worked quietly and told us to take it to the dealer, we will not be charged.
